Frank Farmer  > Day-Trips > Cool Auburn Trail 2005

Frank Farmer > Nice trail -- we saw a few joggers, but no mountain bikers. This trail is off-limits to motorized vehcles, and happily no one was violating that rule today.
Frank Farmer > Some parts of the trail gained a bit of elevation above the river.
Frank Farmer > Above the river. We're about four miles from the trailhead. Let's find someplace near the river and sit down for lunch.
Frank Farmer > We found a side trail off the main trail that took us down to the water.

Frank Farmer > Panorama looking downstream from our lunch spot, at Kenneback Bar.
Frank Farmer > Close to the river -- don't try to ford that!!!
