Dayhike at Sugarloaf State Park. Cloudy start, rainy finish. Challenging trek with old and new friends. This place deserves a return visit, in better weather.

Frank Farmer > Joining the main Bald Mountain Trail -- Our short hiker-only access trail has met the main Bald Mountain Trail, which is paved as far as Red Mountain. That mountain has a microwave tower, so there is a paved access road.
