Dayhike from Tennessee Valley to Muir Beach. Drank a pint at an authentic English pub. Learned that coastal trails can be very steep, with significant climbs. Witnessed the constant parade of container ships passing through the Golden Gate.

Frank Farmer > Yikes! We are heading up and down the next several ridges, above these cliffs. Our trail didn't have much exposure, just a lot of up and down!

Frank Farmer > Check it out! This is the toughest climb of the day ... about 400 feet straight up.
