Frank Farmer  > Day-Trips > Sugarloaf in the Clouds 2005
Dayhike at Sugarloaf State Park. Cloudy start, rainy finish. Challenging trek with old and new friends. This place deserves a return visit, in better weather.

Frank Farmer > Just starting out -- It was seriously cloudy. We knew it would rain, and hard, but when? From left: Jason, Lisa, Karen, John.
Frank Farmer > Two Siennas at the trailhead. Ours is the green one behind the white one. Sugarloaf Ridge looms behind, in the clouds.
Frank Farmer > Red Mountain is in the clouds up above. Our route took us up and behind this peak. The actual summit is obscured by clouds.
