Easy day hike with Sacramento Hiking Friends, AKA a Rich Hike. Hiking around Fleming Meadow, near Sly Park, California. Very nice weather; sunny but not too warm at all. A great day with good friends.
As we topped out on a little ridge, we got a view of the Sierra Crest, near Carson Pass. The high peaks are about 15 miles away, as the crow flies.
