Dayhike to Blue Ridge and Cold Canyon, near Lake Berryessa, with Rich and the County Hikers. Short, but strenuous, and very enjoyable. A nice warm and sunny respite from rainy days, before and after this day. A jewel of a hiking destination, less than an hour from Sacramento. But don't try it on a hot day!
Stebbins-Cold Canyon Reserve. A very worthy place to visit. Check it out! Cool, mild spring days are the best. This was a fun hike, with another great group. Most of us reconvened at the Putah Creek Cafe in Winters, for an afternoon snack and refreshments. A day well spent!
