Tiocampo's backpack -- Just when we thought everything is ready, I realized that my glasses were missing. I was wearing shades. Happily, we found the glasses in my car back at Rancheria, after another trip there. We got a late start, but all was well.

Backpack trip with friends Trailbunny, Bill, and Spencer, to North Fork of the Kings River and Portal Lake area, in California's High Sierra. Four started the trip, two finished.
