Bald Ridge Panorama, from the Deer Flat Trail -- Low clouds were with us all day. After a while the sun came out, but eventually a solid upper ceiling closed in.

Small peak on the ridge leading to Eagle Peak -- We could see some hikers on the rock to the right of the little peak. Perhaps Lee was over there.

Mount Olympia -- A lesser peak next to North Peak and Mount Diablo. Still, it is a steep climb and a worthy destination. I climbed it in 2004 with Karen, Lisa, and Paul.

Mount Olympia -- A lesser peak next to North Peak and Mount Diablo. Still, it is a steep climb and a worthy destination. I climbed it in 2004 with Karen, Lisa, and Paul.

Mount Olympia, North Peak Panorama -- The main summit loop trail is in the foreground. We took that route earlier in 2005.

Sinister beauty -- Saw this poison oak, on the trail down to Juniper Camp. Evil stuff, but still beautiful. A nice end to a great hike. It was fun hiking with Bonnie and Daniela, and Lee.
